Shaklee’s scientists formulated the world’s first natural folic acid with the highest bioavailability. As natural folic acid cannot be absorbed by the body easily, almost 99% of folic acid sold in the market is synthetic.

Shaklee B-Complex contains 8 essential Vitamin B components, which include 100% biotin and folic acid. All these 8 Vitamin B components need to be taken together in order to strike a balance. Any excessive or inadequacy would result in imbalance of Vitamin B in our body. B-Complex is a water-soluble Vitamin, any excess B-Complex will not be stored but excreted from the body. Therefore, we need to supplement ourselves with B-Complex every day.
